Centre Manager - West Gosford

This role will also suit an assistant centre manager looking to take the next step into a management position.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Business planning
- Setting of budgets, including monthly reporting
- Tenant liaising
- Lease renewals
- Financial reporting
- Managing operations
- Rental arrears and income monitoring
- Managing employees, including the Operations
- Manager and Support Staff
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 3-4 years retail experience
- Budget and business plan development experience
- Financial management skills
- Strong retailer focus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Computer proficiency
