If you are looking to take your 1-3 years external retail/trade distributor sales experience to the next level where you will receive great training, support and career development, then don’t go past this really great opportunity! What products you have represented is not as important as having an understanding of dealing with trade based distributors or retailers; being able to demonstrate sound presentation, interpersonal and communication skills; and an ability to build strong customer relationships.
You will be part of a high-profile distributor and marketer of beautifully designed products where your main focus will be on building relationships and sales with customers such as bathroom, kitchen, whitegoods and electrical product distributors and retailers. Your territory will cover the growth corridor in the western part of metropolitan Melbourne and some regional centres. Importantly though, you will be given the support, guidance and training necessary to develop your sales representative skills to account management level and on.
