As one of Australia's leading 3PL storage companies, our client provides a wide range of cold chain services to producers, manufacturers and retailers from pallet storage and transport to complex supply chain solutions.
Due to continual growth they are now looking to appoint and experienced Team Manager to their Distribution Centre.  Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing a medium to large team of leading hands and storeman to achieve set KPI's and distribution windows for key clients.  You will also have an understanding of Health and Safety regulations to promote a strong safety culture within the business.
 
To be successful in this position you will also possess:
 

• Experience managing large teams in a high volume distribution environment
• Computer literacy and exposure to WMS systems including RF Scanning technology
• Experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role within a cold storage facility
• Safety focused with an understanding of HACCP regulations
