Technical Support - Help Desk
Suit IT grad with some help desk support experience

The Australian operation is a very interesting and highly diverse business with a long history of success and continuous growth. To meet the demands of this diversity and growth into the future, the company is now looking for a highly motivated Technical Support person to provide much needed support to the IT Group's growing team.
This is a fantastic entry level role which will provide you with excellent training and professional development. It is a generalist technical support, programming position, as part of a growing team, however as it also provides remote Help Desk support, critical to your success will be outstanding phone, personal and written communication skills.
In addition, ideally you will have appropriate IT Tertiary qualifications and have exposure to some of the following:
- 1st 2nd level IT support for multi-level company.
- End user helpdesk support for MS Windows and associated applications.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and trouble shooting.
- Microsoft Windows XP Pro Operating System and Microsoft Office technologies
- VC#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO, XML, Visual Basic
- MS SQL Server 2000/2005 and SQL Database Management
- Proven ability to document application, networks and systems
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Active Directory and IIS5/IIS6
- IBM & Dell server hardware
- Lenovo & HP computer hardware
