Due to an internal restructure, a new and exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and experienced Workforce Development Coordinator.

Reporting to the Manager of Organisational Development, you will take responsibility for coordinating the development, implementation and evulation of Workforce Strategies, Policies & Programs, with an initial emphasis on Workfoce Planning, Leadership Development and Council's Continuous Improvement Framework.
