Our client, a group of highly respected specialists, is seeking a part time experienced Medical Receptionist to become an integral part of their reception team.
The practice continues to expand and the role would require the successful candidate to work from three locations (all in the western suburbs). This offers variety and interest working with different staff and doctors in the different locations.
If patient rapport is your liking, the following responsibilities of the role would be very much in line with your strengths:
- answering ????? ?????
- handling patient enquiries
- scheduling patient appointments
- meeting and greeting patients on arrival
- scheduling various tests for patients
- preparing ????? ????? patient accounts
- filing results
- data entry
- maintain reception and waiting areas
Whilst the role is dedicated to excellent patient care, we are seeking a person who has good follow through and is confident whilst at the same time will work well in a team environment and follow protocols.
The days are yet to be set, but 3 days per week are required. There may also be an opportunity for full time hours.
