· Reception Relief
· Data Entry
· Student File Maintenance
· Resource Production
Key Requirements
· Minimum 2 years experience within an administrative role
· Vibrant phone manner and well presented
· A high standard of customer service skills
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Attention to details and well organised
· Flexibility to work across Monday to Saturday – Days negotiable
Additional
· Experience using VETrak an advantage
· Experience in RTO an advantage
