We seek to appoint an experienced Import Airfreight & Ocean freight Operator to join our friendly Import Team.
The role includes the following:
• Processing all required documentation using EDI enterprise
• Registering ????? ?????
• Dispatching pre-alerts & arrival notifications to customers
• Liaise with clients, freight forwarders, transport companies, bond stores, airlines and co-loaders
• Prepare relevant inspections for Customs & AQIS
• Calculate charges, storage and profit shares
• Ensure timely delivery of goods
To be successful in this role you will have:
To be considered for this role you must have at least 1-2 years air or ocean experience, be confident in your ability and posses strong communication skills. In addition EDI experience would be preferred.
