We are currently looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Traffic Engineer. Contributing to the goals of the organisation by providing technical expertise in traffic and road safety engineering.
We are seeking the following:
- Professionally qualified BE, BSc (Eng), with relevant experience in a traffic engineering role
- Experience in roading design would be an advantage
- Working towards Chartered professional status.
- Keen to expand on experience, acquire new skills and develop expertise in the traffic engineering field and to acquire skills in project management.
You will be conducting and managing site surveys and investigations, produce analyses, calculations, designs, specifications and drawings to ensure that technical designs provide appropriate solutions.
Undertake transportation studies, traffic impact assessments, junction and traffic signal analyses and designs, traffic calming and traffic management studies, road safety audits, crash reduction studies and a variety of traffic engineering projects.
