NSW Sales Administrator, Multinational organisation

An incredible role has emerged for a Sales Administrator to join this Global leader in Solar power, Solar hot water and Wind power generation. You will report directly to the State Sales Manager and work as part of a professional, committed and friendly team.
This role essentially is responsible for customer service, sales and support.
The duties and responsibilities of this role include the following, but not limited to,
- Project manages all orders for NSW, ACT and other locations as required.
- Manages telephone and service enquires into the office.
- Maintains and updates customer database in concert with accounts department..
- Assists with warehouse functions in concert with the state managers as required.
- Assist with tenders and quotes as required with the state managers.
- Assists with deliveries into and out of the warehouse / office as required.
- Organises for deliveries with external freight partners for stock collection and deliveries.
- Communicates well with customers and keeps them informed as to stock dispatch and sales order processes.
- Conducts sales support for office showroom enquires.
- Provides support for dealers enquiries.
- Directs telephone sales and service leads to the appropriately appointed dealer as directed by the state managers.
- Ensures office sales and marketing material is maintained to a satisfactory level. (Brochures, etc).
- Data entry of orders into sales / accounting system (Navision)
- Prepares information sales and marketing packages for clients.
- Issues dealer brochures as required and maintains excel database of issued items in concert with the marketing department.
- Assists state managers and dealers requirements as directed for trade events.

- An interest in the Solar Power area will be advantageous, however, not essential
