Our client is a prominent leader in the Australian food industry and are seeking to employ an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for their state of the art plant.
You will be responsible for the management of all quality systems on site whilst ensuring ????? ????? quality of products are supplied to both local and overseas customers.
Managing a quality team of 12 you will be a motivational and inspiring ????? ????? has a proven track record in driving team performance.
To be successful you will have a strong understanding of WQA, BRC, CCP and AQIS systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing best practice and HACCP systems within previous work environments. Relationship management, communication and conflict resolution capabilities are all qualities that are integral in any candidate being successful in this type of role.
