    The School of Animal and Veterinary Sciences provides undergraduate courses in Animal Science, Equine Science and Veterinary Science, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Captive Vertebrate Management. The School has substantial infrastructure of a very high standard for training veterinary undergraduates, including a Pre-Clinical Centre, a Veterinary Clinical Centre and Equine Centre, Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory and a Small Animal Clinic.

    The School is currently seeking a veterinary graduate with particular experience in small animal surgery to assist with the teaching of undergraduate students in our veterinary science program. The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing clinical services and teaching through our referral practice, under the supervision of a specialist surgeon and in association with a senior resident. Where appropriate, opportunities for advanced training and research, leading to specialist qualifications and/or higher degrees will be provided and actively encouraged.
