The Business Services Pre –Traineeship course has been designed for people who want to gain employment in the Business sector. It applies to people wishing to develop the skills and knowledge to begin a career in the Business industry.
Practical placement may be offered as part of this course, enabling students to gain Business Service experience.
This course is delivered under the Australian Apprenticeship Access Program.
Training will enable students to enhance their customer service and communication skills as well as update computer skills to utilise business technology.
At the end of the course, candidates will receive 13 weeks of job seeking with and also some mentoring ????? ????? techniques, resume building assistance.
