Hays Healthcare are working with a large medical group in the UK to recruit Nurse Advisor/Therapists for their clinics based across the UK with the choice of part time or full time positions available.

The positions involve:

• Counselling and treatment of patients
• Administer laser and/or aesthetic treatments and procedures
• Deliver pre & post treatment care and advice
• Pre and post operative patient assessments and care
• Handling Patient complaints
• Utilise agreed company protocols, policies and procedures and pathways for effective service to patients
• Responsible for achieving personal sales targets
• Responsible for personal continual education, training and development
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with specific cosmetic procedure manuals and protocols
• Ensure surgeon's protocol, care pathway and directions are followed and report any variance to surgeon
• Document all patient interventions and store records securely
• Ensure patient confidentiality

You must be:

• A Registered Nurse/Laser Therapist (UK NMC Nursing Registration Required)
• A team player, flexible, energetic, people person
• Be eligible to work in the UK

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Opportunity to earn bonuses
