Compensation Manager - 6 month contract – UAE
The organisation we are working on behalf of is an engineering ????? ????? a construction and infrastructure arm. They are seeking a skilled compensation manager who comes from this industry to join them on a six month contract basis. The role can be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi but you must have worked on introducing reward initiatives in the construction industry previously. You will lead the compensation projects while having lots of scope to use your own initiative.
