MARKETING BACKGROUND (TRAVEL OR AIRLINES PREFERRED)
We are looking for an established Trainer with a background in Marketing to assist our client in taking the capability of its Marketing team to the next level. An individual with a background in Travel or Airlines would be an added bonus, and the ability to relocate to Dubai or Abu Dhabi would put you at the head of the queue.
Someone with the ability to develop, deliver and manage a Training Programme which enables attendees to utilise the following:
- Provide direction on Project Management methodologies and tools for Marketing Specialists.
- Marketing Planning – creating, managing and evaluating effective market planning.
- Global Marketing Strategies – preferably focussed on Travel or Airline services.
- Influencing Sales Teams to achieve Marketing Objectives.
The successful candidate will be able to provide extensive examples in which they have provided training programs within organisations which enabled Marketing Teams to improve capability and to deliver on the overall Business Strategy and Company Goals.
You will be expected to provide information and direction on marketing channels such as:
- Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, running effective Digital Campaigns.
- Search Engine Marketing.
- The value and effect of Twitter, FaceBook and other common Social Media channels.
- Blogs, Podcasts and Viral campaigns.
- New Media and marketing opportunities.
- Mobile, Guerilla and Online Marketing.
- Research methodologies and channels.
- Analytics, Financials and Marketing Management.
