Apprentice Electronics Expert (Technician Electronic Systems)

$59,700* per annum after training

Secure your career by enlisting into the Australian Army as a full time Electronics Expert Apprentice (Technician Electronic Systems) gaining a Certificate III in Electro-Technology Communications or equivalent.

Salary

You will start on $37,800* per annum.

After 11 weeks recruit training, your salary will rise to $42,100* per annum.

On completion of theory training, it will increase to $59,700* per annum.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Inspecting, diagnosing, repairing ????? ????? equipment such as radios & navigational aids, optical instruments & laser range finding equipment, radar systems, electronic vehicle control systems and electronic surveillance and detection systems.

Essential Requirements

Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (who has applied for Australian Citizenship and can provide proof).

Must have an Australian Year 10 School Certificate (or Australian recognised equivalent) with passes in Science, English, Maths (non modified) and at least one other subject.

Must be aged between 17 and 53 years inclusive on the date of enlistment.

Must be medically and physically fit.
