Maintenance Technician Fitter
Coolaroo and Tullamarine
Food Processing Bakery
Due to expanding state of our business we are currently looking for an experienced all rounder Maintenance Fitter with Food processing and Bakery Equipment, to join our team based in the Northern suburbs. This role will predominately be placed in Coolaroo.
The primary responsibilities associated with this role will be to working with plant management team to ensure all work is completed within required time frames to:
- Achieve zero downtime for process equipment in the sites production areas.
- Ensure full operational equipment optimisation
- Equipment Installation
- Assist in implementation of the site Planned preventative maintenance plan (PPM).
- Ensure critical spares are in stock at all times.
- Establish rapport and team relationships.
- Ensure accurate and timely records are maintained.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Full trade qualification, electrical advantageous.
- Mechanical, pneumatic experience essential and refrigeration experience highly advantageous.
- Strong manufacturing/factory experience within food production
- Proven ability to fault find and proactively manage to prevent downtime.
