We currently have a vacancy for a full time Depot Manager at our Traralgon Depot. As Depot Manager, you will manage all activities within the Depot while adhering ????? ????? policies and procedures including:
- Daily operations management from a fuel and lubricants perspective
- Order, discharge and dispatch products to ensure profit maximisation and customer satisfaction
- Market and promote the company’s products throughout the local region
- Safe and efficient operation of staff and delivery fleet
- Employee Management – rostering, staff development & meetings
- Maintain accurate financial information
The Depot Manager will demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, sound analytical, IT and financial knowledge, strong leadership skills and have the ability to liaise with a wide cross section of individuals across the organisation and the community.
Although knowledge of the fuel industry is not essential, applicants should have an understanding of local industry and have a proven history of building strong relationships with local businesses.
