With a number of operations based across North Queensland, this large International company have an immediate vacancy for a Training & Development officer  to join their large and growing Townsville based team.

You will be responsible for all training delivery, updating the training  databases, referencing training requirements with personal files and produce compliance reports. As this is a varied role it is highly advantageous that you will ideally be tertiary qualified in Business / HR and hold a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training.
