A leading International Finance Company, offering a range of quality services with over 120 branches across Australia, currently has an opening for a Sales Team Leader
who can drive sales for their Townsville City Branch.
 
In this role you will be coaching and mentoring up to 5 staff and providing leadership to achieve business sales goals and objectives. You will manage performance of the team through regular team and one-on-one meetings, whilst establishing and maintaining effective relationships within the branch environment.
 
Ideally, you will bring 5-7 years work experience in a similar role and have the ability to facilitate and capitalise on change and innovation within the Branch.
