Supporting the Finance Manager your duties will include;  

• Accounts payable, accounts receivable
• Payroll
• Debtor Invoice run
• Bank reconciliations
• Month-end and year-end procedures
• Producing financial reports
• BAS returns, PAYG compliance
• Maintaining the General Ledger
• Maintaining company chequebooks and credit card accounts
• Assisting the company accountant with other projects
• Reconciling balance sheets
• High attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work in a small team and communicate effectively
• Have sound experience using MYOB, MS Excel and other accounting systems
