As a result of project successes, they are looking for a dynamic, enterprising Design Manager who can stand-alone and deliver on a key North Queensland project in Townsville. With strong background and experience on shopping centre projects, you as the successful applicant will have the following experience:

• Strong Design Management experience in a contractor environment  
• Previous experience in a similar role  
• Outstanding client liaison skills  
• Shopping centre project experience essential 
• Background with Tier 1&2 contractors  
• Rights/Visa to work in Australia ESSENTIAL
