Practice Manager in an Accounting Firm - step up or step down!

This Firm has continued growth plans; want to go with them?

Work closely with 2 Team Managers, answering to 2 Partners.

Sick of the negativity where you work? In a Practice Manager role currently, feeling under-appreciated, longing for a dynamic environment where you really will be relied upon to run the show?

This two-Partner Accounting practice central on the Sunshine Coast, has almost 20 staff. Their Practice Manager is moving on to pursue her dreams of small business, with the blessing of the Partners.

You'll be responsible for all-things HR, management reporting and ensuring ????? ?????'s standards are upheld.

An enthusiastic, friendly and approachable person, you demonstrate high attention to detail and a keen sense of discernment regarding your decision-making and when to involve the (very busy, hands-off) Partners.
