Regional Salesperson
Our client designs and manufactures the most respected broad acre planting and cultivating machines available. Due to the continued need for their quality product in Southern and Central Qld, an opportunity has arisen for a regional agricultural sales person. We are seeking someone with a strong affinity with the land and who is looking to take the next step with their sales career. The primary components of your role will include:
• building and maintaining customer relationships with broad acre and row crop farmers;
• attending field days and representing the company;
• researching and analysing advertising and promotional campaigns; and
• achieving a high level of sales success from a direct sales model.
This is a dedicated sales role. You will need to have the confidence and ability to go out and meet and greet with farmers and make the direct transaction, on farm. The parent company (a Toowoomba, Qld. based organisation) will provide you with full product knowledge, a generous marketing budget, a very competitive base salary with incentive program, a company vehicle and career progression.
This position is open to both emerging and experience sales
professionals. You will be mentoring ????? ????? by the existing Sales Manager and be given direct leads to begin with.
