I.T. Junior

 

Our client is seeking a career minded, Junior IT administrator, to join their established team of IT Professionals. Working on hub and spoke arrangements across QLD and NSW, you will be an integral part of this professional services firm in your team of seven.

Ideally we are seeking someone looking to begin their career in IT, starting with basic issues, progressing through to expert knowledge in all areas of IT in due course.

Primarily, you will be responsible for ground level help desk issues including:

• Log-in problems and user access;

• Printer issues (from toner through to connectivity);

• Basic server maintenance (Windows 2003 Environment); and

• Network troubleshooting

Under the guidance and training of experienced IT professionals, you will be able to develop your basic level IT skills. It is essential for this role that you have a demonstrated aptitude for computing and technology as well as exceptional communication skills. While essentially this is an entry level position, you will be provided with a competitive remuneration package, and the opportunity to work in a professional and progressive IT Department under some of the most experienced IT experts in the region.
