Administration Manager

 

We are seeking an Administration Manager to join a professional services firm in Toowoomba. This reputable Public Accounting Firm has established itself as the leading provider of accounting services to the local region. You will report through to the Chief Executive, providing the day to day management of the firms operations – from systems to facilities.

Your key responsibilities and performance expectations would include:

• In depth analysis, assessment and advice on all operations within the firm (by liaising with the Senior Management, HR and IT departments);

• Management of company policies, processes, resources and equipment;

• Management and approval of operational expenses, the firm’s trust account

and the effectiveness of the time costing and billing cycles; and

• The ability to provide operational assistance to the Chief Executive including liaison with suppliers and some personal assistance work.

To be successful in the role, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Practice Management style role that aligns with the responsibilities of this position. While Tertiary qualification and/or accounting experience are desired, they are not essential. However, you must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
