PURCHASING OFFICER/CLERK FOR BUSY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
Well established road construction Company seeks a motivated, bubbly, switched on Purchasing Officer to work from their Thomastown Office and become a part of a great, friendly team and help streamline purchases and dealings with clients.
Your duties will include.....
- Data entry into an excel spreadsheet
- Working in Quickbooks Client card files
- Dealing with private developers
- Invoicing
- Stock control
- admin duties
Skills required....
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a similar industry and role
- Excellent skills with MS excel, word and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks
- Attention to detail and accurate
- Proactive
Hours are either 7am-4pm or 8am -5pm (neg)
