PURCHASING OFFICER/CLERK FOR BUSY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

Well established road construction Company seeks a motivated, bubbly, switched on Purchasing Officer to work from their Thomastown Office and become a part of a great, friendly team and help streamline purchases and dealings with clients.

Your duties will include.....

  • Data entry into an excel spreadsheet
  • Working in Quickbooks Client card files
  • Dealing with private developers
  • Invoicing
  • Stock control
  • admin duties

Skills required....

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a similar industry and role
  • Excellent skills with MS excel, word and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Attention to detail and accurate
  • Proactive

Hours are either 7am-4pm or 8am -5pm (neg)
