Reporting to our CEO, you will consolidate Tatura’s technical capabilities and advance and strengthen our product and process innovation – our goal is to deliver profitable value to our shareholders. You will lead innovation through strong systems and processes. The people focus of this role is important: you will lead and develop a small highly qualified team, collaborate closely with our competent executive team and partner with our customers and promote our capabilities.

 

You’ll ideally have a relevant tertiary qualification (PhD or Masters) with achievements from at least 10 years of overseeing the R&D and technical function in a dairy / food processing environment, including application of current and new technologies, new product development, process optimisation, quality and regulatory matters. Exposure / competence in nutritionals and cream products (particularly cream cheese products) are preferred. You’ll have a track record of developing people, and partnering ????? ????? to generate mutually beneficial outcomes. You will be outcomes focused as evidenced by your achievements. You’ll have outstanding people skills, and a reputation for being a team player and a collaborator.
