Club Taree is situated on the Mid North Coast in the beautiful Manning Valley between Forster and Port Macquarie. Club Taree is looking for an energetic Sous Chef with loads of enthusiasm to join its award winning team of 5 chefs/cooks, 4 apprentices and kitchen hands. Working with the Head Chef you will ensure that a quality product and service is provided all year round and you will be responsible for supervising all operational aspects of the kitchen.
Essential: Trade Qualification in Commercial Cookery; Experience in several styles of food service; Demonstrated supervisory skills.
Desirable: Knowledge of HACCP and food safety programs; Working in a club environment.
