In this role you will lead a team of Business Banking Managers and their Associates. Your Business Bankers will manage relationships with clients who have overall lending facilities $250K-25M. You will be responsible for driving the team’s performance as well as devising and implementing strategy to target and pursue new business. You yourself will also manage a small portfolio of high end clients.
Your solid track record in business banking and your reputation for tenacity are what will stand you apart from the rest. Proven skills in people leadership, business development and financial analysis are essential.
