Management Level Role
You will be working for a dynamic company at the forefront of animal nutrition. You will be taking on a management role and therefore will need to have a strong background in this industry and within sales. The head office is based in Qld so this will be an autonomous role with a number of territory managers in NSW as direct reports.
Team leadership and management will also be a very important component of this position. You will have to have had experience in effectively running a sales team. Completing reports, conflict resolution and territory management will all be encompassed by this role.
You will preferably be from an agricultural background and empathise with your rural stakeholders. You will need to develop strong relationships with key accounts and therefore this background will prove to be beneficial. This position will be based in regional NSW.
You will need to be a highly motivated individual with strong presentation and communication skills as you will often be the name and face of the organisation. These qualities combined with superb leadership, and a broad knowledge of animal nutrition will have you very well qualified for this management position.
The successful candidate will be supplied with a generous remuneration package that reflects the senior nature of this role. This will comprise of a great base salary, phone, lap top, fully maintained vehicle and a very generous commission structure.
