The Role:
This is a multi faceted role which utilises your skill set daily. Reporting to the Senior Estimator your responsibilities will included but are not limited to:
- Liaising with customers, fielding enquiries and quotation requests
- Producing CAD drawings where required for customer approvals
- Processing approved orders in SAP and MS Dynamics
- Tracking and tracing orders in transit
- General customer service – being proactive in following quotation requests and / or complaints
- Assist in preparation of invoices
The Candidate:
Skills that are requisite to succeed in this role include;
- A high level of computer literacy – from general MS office applications through to IT, ERP and CAD applications
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills, ability to liaise with people on all levels – from customers to colleagues to business partners
- Outstanding customer service skills
- An organised, dynamic and motivated team player with the added ability to work autonomously
A technical background in the printing industry will be highly regarded as would experience with MS Dynamics, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw and / or AutoCAD
