Maintenance Supervisor (Fitter)

 

Day Shift Rotating 12 hour roster

$37hr

Currently they are looking for a Maintenance Fitter Supervisor to join their young and vibrant team.

Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator your role will be responsible for providing the supervision of the day shift maintenance team (3) as well as working at a hands-on level.

To be considered for the Maintenance Supervisor role you must have

An Australian recognised Fitter Mechanic qualification.

A minimum of five years trade experience as a Maintenance Fitter

Sound supervisory skills

Sound troubleshooting and fault finding skills on automated systems

PLC experience

Excellent computer skills

The ability to initiate change and make improvements where necessary

Outstanding people skills.
