Our client is an Australian leading wholesaler of electrical and data communication products. For over 2 decades our client has specialised in the supply of air conditioning, audio / visual, computer accessories, conduit, data connectivity, cable, lighting, heating, home automation, TV devices and various associated electrical products to contractor, installation systems integration companies and end user space. Due to national growth, a very exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic sales professional to join the Sydney-based sales team.
Position
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the growth of the company client portfolio of top installers, contractors, integrators and end users throughout Sydney. Your position will encompass all functions of strategic account management and new business development. You will play a crucial part in the growth of the business and the continued success of the company by expanding & developing client relationships with personnel from Electricians to Project Managers to Company Owners. Full training along with technical assistance is provided to ensure your every success within this very exclusive role.
Candidate
To ensure success in this role you will need to demonstrate a proven track record of client growth. It would be advantageous to have experience selling through to electrical contractors, building & construction, data installation companies and / or end users however any electrical product based sales will be considered. Excellent presentation skills and clear communication skills are a must. Intangibly, you will be highly self-motivated, intelligent, possess strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated passion for sales.
