This leading Maintenance and Asset Management provider is looking for Works Supervisors to coordinate maintenance on a large domestic housing portfolio. The role requires you to provide day to day supervision of subcontractors services on upgrades including bathroom & kitchen renovations, minor projects and general maintenance.
You must possess and demonstrate commercial acumen and ensure that service quality and contract standards are met by subcontractors.

It is your responsibility

to ensure work is undertaken in compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
You will provide direction to subcontractors and ensure work is delivered as specified in the work order.
You will also inspect work at completion to sign off.

To be successful in this role you will come from a trades background ideally Building or carpentry and have a contractors or qualified supervisor licence. This is an immediate start contract leading to a permanent role for the right individual. The role is paying $30 per hour + Super + car Allowance leading to a permanent package of $63000 + super + a vehicle
