Training Adviser
Training Adviser The Australian Industry Group is seeking the services of a full time Training Adviser to provide education and training support to members, with a focus on increasing the skills of industry. The purpose of this role is to work with individual companies to increase the number of apprenticeships, the number of people in training and the range of training packages being utilised. The successful applicant will have: Experience working with industry and enterprises Thorough understanding of relevant training packages Demonstrated understanding of the VET system Experience in communicating with diverse audiences, including presentation skills Report and submission writing skills
A thorough understanding of a range of industry sectors and related training packages is highly desirable. This position will require limited inter/intra state travel. The successful applicant will receive an appropriate remuneration package including a fully maintained motor vehicle. TAFE teachers and careers advisers are welcome to apply and secondments will be considered.
