• Organising & Executing NPD.
• Project Management / Timeline Management.

The challenge we ask from you is to deliver this in a Vibrant and Energy driven manner, taking in the Team environment, Strategic business Relationship’s and tight deadlines.  

 

The Person:

• Hands on – pragmatic, individual who take responsible and accountability to get the job done.
• The successful applicant will have degree qualifications in Food and / or Food Science.
• Proven 5 + yrs in Beverage – in either Dairy, Alcohol or Fruit Juice processing.
• Strong insights into broader Supply Chain characteristics with proven initiatives,   results & communication examples to sell yourself.
• It is desirable that you possess strong Project Management skills and be able to apply them effectively.
• This is a hands and it is desirable that you have had exposure to Innovation and Manufacturing ????? ????? Supply Chain.
• Specifically you can demonstrate working B2B relationship with Key Suppliers and Customers.
• Proven “Innovation” initiatives and pro-active “value” initiatives with benefits back into the organisation.
• Leading with Professional understanding of OH&S, GMP, HACCP, ISO9001 and STD Operating Procedures.
• Ability to appreciate the values of Business Process and adherence / development including Document control.
• Critical to the role is extremely well-developed oral and written communication skills, good organisational skills, computer literacy and a team orientation.
• High energy and drive, this role you will need to be autonomous and delivering ????? ????? quickly.
