Food Technology Hospitality Teacher
Lindisfarne is the leading Anglican co-educational school serving the Tweed Coast and Southern Gold Coast. Superbly located at Terranora in the Tweed Valley hinterland, the School provides a complete education for approximately 1000 students from Pre-School to Year 12.
One Year Full-Time Contract commencing 2010
Possible permanency in 2011
Applicants must be able to demonstrate (criteria):
- High levels of classroom competence
- Knowledge of NSW 7-12 curriculum in Food Technology and Hospitality
- Knowledge of VET in schools is highly desirable
- Experience in teaching HSC Food Technology essential
- Experience and qualifications in teaching HSC Hospitality is highly desirable
- Willingness to undergo training for VET in schools requirements
- Ability to work in a team and relate to parents
- Willingness to support the Anglican ethos of Lindisfarne
