Some major business 'wins' recently have created a need for an experienced, strategic Account Manager whose mandate is to grow the revenue base for a select group of existing customers  - Does this sound like you ?

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager  -  you will be responsible for a group of established clients of varying sizes, and be expected to utilise a strategic approach toward driving revenue growth via planning and astute account leadership. The position is also expected to develop long term relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate appropriate representation at senior levels - initiating regular meetings and planning strategies whilst acting in a consulting capacity on any issues regarding process or procedure. Service delivery via client specific agreements will also be a significant accountability.

The Person

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strategic account management experience in a consultative enviroment where they have grown revenue over time using a formalised approach. A background in DM, print or mail management ISNT necessarily mandatory - but very strong interpersonal skills and a strong commercial awareness of pricing strategies and business process costs would be a distinct advantage.
