Working for one of the largest and most respected players in the Housing Industry, this company can offer you brand new location & offices for you're working base, exciting opportunities for growth within new expanding areas, supportive management with full time training on product and an achievable budget for you to earn you're commissions.
The role:
- To gain new home sales to meet budget /KPI requirements
- To provide exceptional customer service to you're clients & customers
- Full reporting to management of sales figures
- To input new ideas or suggest changes to the team which will improve sales/ processes
- To gain deposits for contracts listed
- To assist drafting, estimating and council approval departments when required
- Respond to all new business or sales enquiries
Reporting directly to the State Sales Manager, you will be able to work in a stand alone role with minimal support once training is completed. You will be efficient, sales driven and eager to achieve. You will have worked in the housing industry prior in a sales capacity and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of local councils and regulations will be an advantage. Strong time management skills and a positive work ethic are a must! Salary will be base + car allowance+ super + commission structure. (please note: commission structure is based on average sales per year and is very achievable)
