Job Description
To provide technical clinical⁄specialist expertise to internal personnel such as Territory Managers as well as existing and potential customers to maximise the Company's opportunities to win and maintain business. The Assistant regional Territory Manager role is also designed to develop future Territory Managers within my clients business by giving exposure to key customers, products, and systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
Work closely with regional Territory Managers to maximise sales by maintaining existing customers and developing new customers in line with the available product and to fit customer needs
Attend theatres advising surgeons on specialist products from a technical perspective.
Assist the Territory Managers in the development of territory sales plans based on area saturation for a particular product, potential growth and market feedback and competitor activities
Plan and conduct regular sales calls working closely with regional Territory Managers sales plan
Develop relationships with key people i.e. surgeons within hospitals
Conduct in-service training programs for the Company's products in conjunction with the Clinical Nurse Consultant.
Successful Candidate for this role will be working as a GP Rep and has a good understanding of the clinical⁄Orthopaedics area. You will have a good track record in GP Sales and be confident to present solutions to key clients within hospitals. My client invests heavily in the success of their people.
