Established over 10 years ago this privately owned Australian company specialises in integrated packaging solutions. Providing basic and custom made packaging products, design services and prototyping the company strive to improve processes and equipment to stay ahead in the industry. The scope of their client base is essentially unlimited as they work in buoyant industries such as retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and hospitality. Highly focused on expanding the business this company enjoy the benefits of a strong team of sales professionals who work great autonomously but brilliant as a team.

 

Position

 

Looking to add to their existing sales team our client is interviewing for an Territory Manager in Sydney. In this highly autonomous role you will represent our clients entire range of integrated packaging services to an array of clients. Your main responsibility is to build relationships with some of the company's most valuable clients whilst been given the opportunity to win new business. The majority of your work will be in a face to face capacity and you will be provided with excellent training and internal support.

 

Candidate

 

To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of success in a face to face sales role. Packaging experience is highly regarded however it is not essential. You will need to have strong new business sales skills and intangibly be highly motivated with a great attitude towards work. You will need to have great levels of communication and the ability to drive sales figures forward.
