SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Senior Manager required to head up our Sales and Marketing Dept of a large CBD restaurant group.
The applicant will be responsible of all advertising and PR for the goup including all external and intrenal printed collateral,
promotion of events, radio and TV advertising and the website.
In addition the applicant will focus on existing and potential
Inbound Tourism Group markets, servicing and growing existing customers to underpin the coming year.

You will need to be a highly experienced sales professional, who believes in going the extra mile for clients, able to
recognise and capitalise on opportunities in the industry, with a proven track record in a sales focussed environment
preferrably within the hospitality sector.

-Ability to multi task

-Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
-Ability to lead and direct a small team of young professionals

-Ability to recognise and capitalise on appropriate media opportunities

-Ability to control costs
