As a consultant, your role is to develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and source the most suitable candidates. To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years of agency recruitment experience or sales experience with in the IT&T sector and be familiar with the IT market, however of more importance is that you possess an enterprising spirit, strong business development skills and a passion for servicing customers.
