    Talent2 Optimise provides innovative Learning and Development solutions to Australian businesses, utilizing our E-Learning, LMS, and Content Management solutions. We are a leader within the Outsourced Learning space and are now looking for a highly experienced, professional and driven Business Developer to join the team and drive sales throughout NSW/VIC.

    Your Role

    The role will revolve around selling E-Learning, LMS and Content Management solutions to our clients. We work with large enterprise, commercial clients and have a number of customised solutions to suit their needs.
    The focus will be on new business development and establishing new and lasting relationships as well as maximizing and driving current relationships. You will be dealing with multiple, senior stakeholders and will need to be able to manage and drive a long and complex sales process.

    Your Skills

    We are looking for someone with proven sales ability in a corporate environment. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proven track record of delivering ????? ????? sales process in essential as to is high energy levels and a passion for success. Experience in and an in-depth understanding of E-Learning process, systems and sales is absolutely essential for this role.
    You will enjoy a fast paced environment where you are able to measure your sales activity. You will work in partnership with clients at all levels in the organisation and will be recognised by your clients for your problem solving and analytical skills.
