Company Background
Our client is an emerging market leader in the wine industry. Their product range is made up of a mix of premium on premise brands and commercial focused off premise brands. Due to the strength of their portfolio they are experiencing massive growth however there is plenty of scope for continued expansion. They offer excellent benefits to all their employees. An exciting opportunity currently exists to lead the NSW team.
Duties and Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for building relationships with the key on and off premise accounts with a view to strengthening existing relationships. You will also be leveraging on the reputation of these quality brands to expand on the current distribution network. This is quite an autonomous role where you will have key involvement in the strategic growth of the state. You will be managing a small team and will be responsible for their growth and development. As this role carries a high level of responsibility and autonomy, it is rewarded accordingly.
Experience
A successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the wine / liquor industry. Ideally you will have dealt with key State or National accounts within the on and/or off premise sectors. If you have drive, ambition and are a strategic thinker then you are what our client is looking for.
