State Coordinator — NSW

As we establish VHA, there would be opportunities for you to explore, gain experience and add value. As a State Coordinator  you will be responsible for providing general sales support to local Business Direct and SMB Dealer sales teams. Some of the key tasks (but not limited to), in the role, that you would be required to perform are:
 

• Coordinate sales reporting for local Business Direct and SMB Dealer sales teams
  


• Process monthly commission reports


• Ordering ????? ????? of SMB Dealer Collateral


• Manage trial stock for Business Direct & SMB Dealer Sales teams


• Coordinate updates and tracking of win-over credits for Business Direct and SMB Dealer sales teams


• Produce daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for forecasting


• Coordinate local Sales functions/events, liaising with internal and external contacts as required


• Provide some PA support to State Manager as required

 
Inorder to be successful in this role, you must have

• Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills


• Identifies practical solutions to problems


• Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail


• Strong MS Excel skills


• Takes responsibility for tasks and follows through on commitments


• Able to work with minimum supervision
