Our client is Australia’s largest supplier or temporary and permanent buildings servicing a multitude of industries including education, mining, building and construction and government. The company can provide clients with portable buildings for both sale or hire that are custom made for all different purposes such as classrooms, kitchens, accommodation and commercial offices. Their point of difference is being price competitive aswell as providing an efficient service for clients to use. Off the back of this they have built up an extensive portfolio of clients who are loyal and have an outstanding relationship with the company. Proving to be leading the way by having the majority market share this company has over 25 years experience working in the industry and continue to improve and change the way they do business.

 

Responsibilities

 

Due to continuous growth our client is looking for a business development manager to join their Sydney based team. In this highly autonomous role you will represent our client’s entire portfolio of portable building services through to a range of existing and new clients. Taking a consultative approach you will see yourself liaising with different levels of decision makers to generate new business and solid client relationships. You will be provided with all necessary resources and training to be effective in your role giving you the opportunity to grow into other positions within the business.

 

Candidate Background

 

To ensure you are successful in this role you will have sales experience with a proven track record of success. Ideally you will have through to related markets in building and construction however any sales based experienced is being considered. The company are looking for someone who is self motivated, able to build relationships and not afraid of winning new business.
