SALES - KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - PACKAGING & POS SOLUTIONS

Established over 20 years ago, our client is an Australian leader in the manufacture & supply of custom made packaging, including laminated and flexible packaging, to the food, dairy & beverage industries (FMCG primarily). With a product range including vacuum pouches, stand up pouches, foil pouches, lidding & rewind films and thermoforming films, our client is renowned as the industry leader when it comes to creating tailored, cost effective packaging solutions. Due to 2009 client expansion an exclusive opportunity currently exists for an externally based sales professional to manage the Sydney metro territory.

 

 

Based out of the Sydney office, this new business sales role will occupy Sydney metro coverage. Pitching for new business and managing the total NSW portfolio of accounts, this highly autonomous sales role will have a key focus on business development and brand awareness. You will meet with key decision makers within both the SME & national manufacturing market and through your understanding of solutions based packaging sales, you will present the range of services with a view for current and long term secured business. Ongoing support and training will be provided to ensure your success within this role.

 

 

You will have proven new business / account management sales experience with a successful track record of exceeding targeted budgets. A background selling packaging solutions to the manufacturing sector is highly preferred. Excellent presentation skills and demonstrated new business savvy is a must. Intangibly, you will be highly self-motivated, intelligent, possess strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated passion for the packaging industry.
